RSVP for Summer Institute 2008 Social
Events

Admission to these events will be by ticket only; tickets will be distributed in your
registration packet at Summer Institute. The Association is responsible for payment for
each reservation made, so please respond “yes” only if you are certain you will
attend. If you receive tickets in your conference packet that you will not be using,
please return them to the Conference Registration Desk. Thank you!
