The Board of Directors shall consist of the
Executive Director, President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Third Vice
President, six Members-At-Large, three immediate Past Presidents, the NASSP Coordinator,
and the Chairs (elected annually by the members of the respective standing committees) of
