Adopt-A-Charity
The State National Honor Society Committee has selected the Veterans' homes and
hospitals throughout Massachusetts as a Adopt A Charity for the 2007-2008 school year.
All chapters are requested to perform one service project during the school year to
benefit a local facility. Some ideas include: a personal care products collection,
donation of reading and video materials including books on tape, holiday cards and
personal visits. Chapter advisors or presidents should contact their local facility
for specific projects which would be most appreciated and beneficial. Outstanding
chapters will be recognized at thte 2008 Spring Confererence.
